Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Modicum & Fuscus Holdings, doing business as Devinaire Clothing Company ("Devinaire"), is committed to ensuring that devinaireclothing.com (the "Site") is accessible to and usable by people of all abilities, including those who rely on assistive technologies.
1. Our Commitment
We believe that luxury should be available to everyone. We work to ensure that our digital experience reflects that belief by designing and developing the Site with accessibility in mind and by treating accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project.
2. Standards We Follow
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological differences. We also consider Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act in our work.
3. Accessibility Features
- Semantic HTML structure with descriptive headings and landmarks.
- Alternative text on meaningful images and decorative images marked as such.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on interactive elements.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Responsive layouts that adapt to a range of viewport sizes and zoom levels up to 200%.
- Form fields with associated labels, instructions, and accessible error messages.
- Compatibility with modern screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack.
- Avoidance of content that flashes more than three times per second.
4. Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We test the Site using a combination of automated tools, manual review, and assistive-technology testing. We also train our team on inclusive design principles and incorporate accessibility into our design, development, and content workflows.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are actively improving include legacy product imagery, certain third-party embedded content, and PDF documents authored before our current accessibility standards were adopted. If you encounter an issue, we want to hear about it.
6. Third-Party Content
Some portions of the Site rely on third-party services (such as payment processors, embedded video players, and social media plug-ins) over which we have limited control. We work with vendors that demonstrate a commitment to accessibility, and we monitor third-party content for compliance.
7. Feedback and Assistance
If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of the Site, or if you need information or a product in an alternative accessible format, please contact us. We will do our best to provide the information you need or to assist with your transaction.
